You’ll have 60 days to work with the software in your shop. If for any reason you wish to return it, we’ll give you a full refund on your software purchase. What we do after you buy.
We work directly with users to get the software installed and configured to their needs. We work with you to integrate your front end application(s) with your shop floor machinery. We show you how to safeguard your files. We instruct you on how to make full use of the Control Panel Process Manager, manage inventories, and set up labeling. We continue until you’re getting jobs through the software and out to the manufacturing floor, successfully making parts.

Our customers count on our software solutions to work. We provide support via the Internet with online meetings and remote PC control, interactively on the phone, and through email. With an annual, renewable support subscription, you’ll get a full year of support, including updates, upgrades, how to assistance, help trouble-shooting problems, and help recovering from a system failure such as a disk drive crash. You bought the software to make products – our support goal is to keep you working with minimal interruption.
